For something like that I would go with the good old 12v mechanical 5.9 Cummins. That seems to be what most oddball custom equipment uses these days. I have been buying the takeouts from all the scissor lifts and tugs that fedex uses and making power units. If you can’t find one, get a 1997 or earlier dodge pickup with one in it. There is a reason they are in everything.
