South Central Iowa | It might just be too early for it yet Jake. They really need to update their regulations on LLC’s and C-Corps to consider closely held entities with limted numbers of members who are actively involved in the operation. The times and business climate has passed it by; I’m far from the only and not near the first person to operate under a C-Corp.
I mentioned above that I will make an Admin Judge tell me what is, is really not. Start throwing six digit payments out and it’s well worth the effort to not be disadvantaged. I’d feel the case would be strong for those who are just farm families now organized as LLC’s. | |
