So if three individuals farmed the land last year and said three individuals formed a C-Corp and farm the same ground this year under that entity, do they get the acres of the members?
I understood farm bill money was by social. So yes, I think. A C Corp is one entity, but I understood it still went back to owners socials. I could be confused with an S Corp tho-- heard of one owner having outside income that kicked out some of the money. Would make sense bc they wouldn't want you to have your individual money plus the money from a sep corporation. |
