PFC = Pressure Flow Compensated

It's a variable displacement pump that will attempt to maintain a certain pressure by adjusting the flow. When the system is using 0 flow the pump will reduce displacement to near 0 (only enough to overcome leakage). This reduces oil heating and engine load.
