Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | I got to reading one time in a John Deere owners manual, I think I had dual 12.4 R42 on the back (row crop tires) and the matching front's that were within spec, listed right in the owners manual was either 11.2 or 12.4 R28. Those aren't even close to the same diameter, and either was fine according to Deere.
There's a certain amount of difference that is "OK" 5% I believe, and another number that is allowable, 8% I believe. But either way, your well within tolerance. I don't know of anyone who buys matching sets, and it wouldn't be any different than buying an new set of fronts with rears that are at 30%. | |
