So the funds buy a bunch of funds to offset the short positions. The market rallies up to their strike price they then turn the call option into a future position. I wonder what strike price they bought.


Idk how much that could work or if it’s a “tin foil hat conspiracy”. But some decent weather and a hunk of planting progress could make the funds bearish again? I liquidated my Longs Friday afternoon. Still have my calls though (all corn). Friday’s bearish bean market may be a mental block too. Dec 19 $4.00 was hit but not above. I had buys in at like $4.02 1/2 or something if it broke through but canceled them at the close
