Everyone is getting bulled up. What if we lose a billion bushels of supply but carryout barely goes below 2 billion? ASF is still a major concern. Ethanol margins are poor. Exports have stout competition. Demand is still an issue and higher prices will not help that.


Local ethanol plant is running full speed. They are making money.


I’ve been thinking about ethanol plants. They know later than average planting likely means wet corn at harvest. Since they can take wetter corn than most end users, they have an advantage this fall.

I’m wondering how this plays into their overall strategy.
