NW Iowa | Cat dealer will have to do it. The steering sensor is no big deal, I can do one in about an hr. I would have them come calibrate everything first. Maybe would check the steering angle sensor for dead spots first before they show up. The first steering sensors had a plastic body and they went bad. The replacement ones are steel. I have put quite a few in.
Also, every time I put a Trimble system in, I have everything calibrated to it. Knock on wood I have had good luck with doing this so far. Only have had one that needed software upgrade to the steering valve. It wasn't recognizing it. They wanted to replace it, I said redo the software and it fixed it.
