Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I actually have a smaller Honda and it could be used to run an appliance or two directly with an extension cord. During the last outage I was OK but my great nephew was out and used it to run a sump pump. It would be more desirable for me to use the connection on the pole in the farmstead. Then the furnace, well and all other electrical options would be available. Since the tractor is used throughout the year it is more likely to start although the Honda's are great. I would need to open the shop door manually to get the tractor out.
I have corrected the posts to exclude dooryard. I have learned that dooryard just includes the house and the garden or lawn near it. I want electricity for the entire farmstead or building site.
