Pruitt and Icahn and now Wheeler cooked the law.. TOTALLY just IGNORED THE LAW and did what they wanted to anyway.

What about all the Bio Refineries who are NOW against the ropes?  Where's EPA's concern for them?

It's one thing to be done in by tariff's but to be kicked in the teeth while you are down.. insult to injury.

Not withstanding.. the biofuels and ethanol industry are making progress.. yesterdays numbers were strong.. big production.. big domestic blend higher blend rate.. but due to the capitulation on RIN's there's not much $$$ as the refiners have knee capped margins.

TRUMP could STOP ALL OF THIS.. and it wouldn't cost a dime (other than to the refiners.. who already got theirs.)
