In a couple of cases I told the contractor who did work for both parties to decide the split. In some cases I told a neighbor he could put a short run only once pm my tile inorder to drain his wet ground that was above me, to my benefit. Bought a farm that had a "no hookup" lien on it. Heard of an situation where a guy grudgingly cooperated, and the installing neighbor put in non perf main tile. A little cooperation goes a long way but there are cases where people are dead set against it. I think if you pay drainage taxes you are entitled to have access, then you get into legal battles. |
