| If it doesn't benefit her then pay for it yourself. If it is beneficial to her then ask if she would be willing to pay some on it, if she has a problem with helping out on cost, forget it and pay it yourself.
I have three tiles that I had to go across neighbors to reach and outlet. Two of them I paid 100% myself though both went thru low areas of the neighbors & helped drain it. On the other the landowner help pay on the fist. If he hadn't I would have paid the 100 % myself. On one of the two I paid 100% one I could have ran the tile to an outlet on my property but would have cost 2x as much due to having to move dirt to get the tile deep enough to maintain grade. | |
