Omar, I believe I have 2016 Office. When I follow your directions there it takes me to Outlook. I don't have outlook configured (use gmail) and the steps to add an email account don't make sense to my dense brain! :\
I also tried to export and create a pdf but then it created a pdf of the whole spreadsheet, not just one page.
ETA- It may work best just to do like Tigger suggested and create a new Word or Excel document.
