EC IL | I don't recall the name of his company, but very accommodating and reasonably priced [in my opinion]. Put a 12" pipe under a township road. We did backhoe work for connections on both ends and exposed telephone cable. We also removed mud and helped with pulling pipe through bore. He was very diligent in staying on grade and had good equipment to work with. One man show I believe.
