Don't count on titan repair getting the controller fixed. I had a controller sent out to them 3 times and it still does not function properly. I asked for a detailed list of every solder point they fixed on the board and only got vague answers. I spent over $5,000 in repairs because they said it was something different every time. there 90 warranty on repairs is garbage to.
Well isn't that warm and fuzzy information. That's where this one is at right now. It was literally the only option I found. Searched the world over, zip, zero, nada. Supposed to have it back by the end of this week. Hand delivered it to Titan 10 days ago and they said matter-of-factly that it would be two weeks before we got it back. |
