It's kinda funny. Charlie's place is a hole. For having that kinda money, he never put much back into it. Lot of junk 1086s and hesston windrowers laying around. A harvestore that probably hasn't been filled since 1982. His place has huge potential. It'll never reach it though.
It'd be nice to see his daughters family do something with it but I expect the cows will leave when he does. Neighbor will rent the rest for a song.
