southern MN | I’ve never been to zoomearth, that is difficult to use at first blush, the entire globe is cloaked in clouds, when you finally zoom in enough it jumps to some location I haven’t a clue where in the world I am at.
I’m sure there is an easier way to navigate, but they don’t start a person out easy!
Water sitting in fields like that is relatively common in this part of Minnesota, this was my place a few weeks ago. I was concerned about the dirty water, but I since learned they were using an excavator upstream to break out an ice jam and stored up a lot of dirt, it’s not normal to have that much sediment in this ditch.
You shouldn’t see any water, except a shiny ditch down the middle where the line of ice goes.
Second pic is after it went down some, could walk up to the ditch carefully.
