To M&M..... I'd like to look at your area on a satellite view to get an idea of where you are in relation to streams and river drainage. Could you look at https://zoom.earth/ , find your area and post latitude and longitude coordinates for your area? Make sure map labels and crosshairs are activated in control box in upper left corner to aid in locating your area. Thanks.



Just putting together some gps points together for the county emergency manager. Try this point to get you started 45.181, -98.384. That will get you close to the picture with the bridge going under. This flooding seems to happen about one in four years or so. Probably more common in the last 25 years I guess. It was not as common before that I guess, it had lots of trees lining the banks and now they have all been killed by the floods in the last two decades.
