Bingo. More times I've seen the first and last stuff planted turn out to be great stands- but somewhere in the middle on a prime textbook day like say May 2 you're out planting in the sunshine and it's 84 degrees and then you get 4 inches of cold rain that shocks the seed and you end up with junk. |
