North Central Illinois | He certainly isn't the first professional athlete to commit adultery with multiple people on multiple occasions. It is sad that those who are famous seem to be driven to such behavior. On the other hand I can think of a few local people who have behaved the same way. The man is a human being just like you and me. Has he made some very bad decisions and mistakes? Yes he has. That is between him, those he has hurt, and God. He took responsibility for what he did and seems to have cleaned his life up. I don't think I would label him as a sleazeball. Just a human being. This is a perfect example of why we should not teach our youngsters to use professional athletes as role models. Somehow they get the idea that they are super human and above the rest of us when in reality they are really quite like the rest of us. | |
