google writing all zeros to a drive and several sites will have info......there is no need to pay for anything there are FREE programs out there to do it and they will do it well enough that only someone with very specific and very powerful tools will be able to do it and the expense (no offense) will be such that I don't think it would be worth it for your PC or anyone on this forums PC
when you reformat a disk all it does is remove the directories the actual information stays there and anyone with some fairly common tools and knowledge can spin that disk and read the information that is still on it | |
