Bought two from a seller named Craving Savings on Newegg.com now and no problems (I'm not affiliated in any way with them...just to clarify). Most of their computers, are sold with upgraded configurations. No bloatware included, at least on mine. Easy enough to find out as they answer questions asked fairly quickly.
Good place or website to buy computers?
