This is not right, nut what I did this fall. We have a 100 amp service not big enough for two bins. We are going to a 200 amp and may go to a 320. To get it going I put plywood over the running fan and started the other one. Then removed the plywood. The main breaker was warm but worked. This is what got us thru. A new service IS in order!
