There are 100% rated breakers, which then should be able to carry their full marked ampacity, indefinitely. Most other breakers are going to be 80% rated. That means they’re only going to be able to carry 80% of their marked ampacity indefinitely/ continuously. It’s my understanding that a continuous load is anything over 3 hours, which bin aeration fans would be a continuous load, unless you’re using them a lot differently than I’ve ever seen them used.
