West Union, Illinois

I wonder if temperature has any affect?  In studying Beck's PFR results some have pointed out a relationship between borrow and wide rows and high temps in July and August.  I forget which benefits which, but if July is hot and August cool one row width consistently wins but if July is cool and August hot the opposite is true.  It's why the narrow row advantage is so inconsistent.  There is another factor involved you can't control.  Could this be something similar ?
