Columbia, MO | You could get a drive map anything kit- you'll get an Ag Leader 6000 I believe (you have to tell them to reprogram it to send NMEA 2000 data strings), and itll come with a harness with a cigarette outlet and a 9 pin CAN connection for the drive. The only thing you'll get in this setup is going to be as applied static (non changing population) data. This may run ~$1200.
Now, if I had some real money, and i wanted to do a one and done story, I'd get myself maybe a 6500 or a Trimble 262, make sure it sent NMEA 2000, get the bus to run it to my Pro 700 and plug in. Then I'd buy the CNH adapter kit, which is a Y cable that plugs your monitor and the harness together, but also has a 3rd leg to plug in your Drive so it can pull in the data. This gets you quality data, and let's the drive pull directly from the source. It gives you everything the monitor gets.
CNH adapter cable- like $150 | |
