120 acres of 90 csr, very little tile. Takes on no water. Lower fertility, just sold a few weeks ago near me 10,750.00. Figured with a large main, and tile every 50 feet it was going to be another 40/50 thousand dollars.... and then fertilization over the next 3 years wouldn't be cheap.. Estate sold to area farmer "bto"
