Got one here with equipment in it that is 17 years old with original tarp.............that now needs replaced, with the initial cost, and the cost for the replacement tarp, we could have had a pole shed that would last alot longer and you wouldn't have had to bite your finger nails every time we get a high snow load on it. Was my old man's idea, not a good one IMO to save acouple hundred in taxes every year.
My thinking isn't so much the savings in taxes - - - its that I don't have to ask for permission to put up the thing.
The inspector (inspector idiots) around here don't seem to know much and they really like asking for things to be changed so things can get expensive plus I just don't like someone with his nose up my butt looking for issues. |
