Killed will require booster, in most vaccines. But shelf life is longer.
Killed also has a slower effectiveness.

Modified live is short lived once mixed. Modified live may cause the actual
manifestation of what your vaccinating for. Modified live can stress the animal more.

Again, just my opinion.
Have experienced what we call "vaccination burn" on calves.
When doing calves, we like to split up the trips through the chute by
a couple weeks.
