Do you have any idea how much the STTM module and extra wiring will cost?

Also would there be any Unlocks needed for just monitoring? When just monitoring,Can you keep track of varieties as long as you are not planting split planter?

When you were monitoring starter,What were your conclusions?

No unlocks are required for monitoring the actual seed/population. Varieties can be logged - split planter can be done with a multi-product unlock.

Concerning the starter I was not trying to vary the rate for any test purposes. I needed the App rate Module to start/stop the logging at that point in time so I connected up a flowmeter which helps confirm my starter rate.

With the Population module, an implement switch can be installed. This will start/stop the variety logging properly. Otherwise the onscreen switch can be used which isn't very handy.

If any type seed module is used it will have an implement switch connection on it. This means that there are many combinations of modules and setups that can start/stop the logging with an implement switch.
