Paradise KS | Good thing there are multiple ways to be a millionaire. My guess yours has something more to do with past generations.
It takes all kinds of people. Many different ways to farm and ranch and be successful. If you don't like it, tough, move along.
Im one of the ones that have changed. Different region i know, but ive cut my tractor hours in half, hay feeding down to 45 days or less per year and rarely lose calves due to weather events with minimum investments. I have no barns, no pens where I calve, and a cheapo electric fence keeping them in on half of it. I should be a broke sucker because i dont spend enough money to be a millionaire.......
