This is normal in every major city in the US. This one is at a discharge to the Mill Creek at Mitchell next to 75. It only takes 2 inches of rain in a 12 hour period to start discharge in Cincinnati IIRC.

If you want to see a tree hugger speechless, take them to a discharge outlet during a big rain. You can see the turds, tampons, and rubbers flowing out on their way to open waters. I would take pictures of that but I can't get close enough for them to show up.

Most places it's a half inch of rain then the gates open.

And they blame the useful idiots I mean farmers for all the pollution problems
