So if we are so pure with our hyd oil selections, what happens when you use a fert spreader from the coop with a hyd on off cylinder? What happens when you switch equipment between your ford, John Deere and case tractors all with the "correct" oil in them? Everything gets mixed. Plain and simple.

Use a good universal oil as long as it's labeled for your tractor. Change filters AND oil at recommended intervals, or sooner, and move on with life.
