I was told to put my depreciating assets in a corporation so I can gift or sell them as we go along.
I haven’t met with the lawyer yet to get his opinion.
They want a LLLP for the land.
Possibly an LLP for my son to operate the farm under and another for other businesses.
I’m interested to hear what responses you get.
