GPS L1 signals are 1575.42 +/-10MHz. The 10th harmonic of a transmitter at 157.542 +/- 1 MHz may have a severe effect on GPS, depending on its strength. Some older VHF-Hi Band FM 2-way radios were extremely bad in this regard. Your frequency of 154.310 may be far enough away to avoid any problems with GPS receivers.
