Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.
I have a Garmin GPSmap 76Cx that I use in my combine for marking weeds, etc. I have the external patch antenna and the tracks it records show a very consistent width. Remember that the accuracy figures given for WAAS corrected units are figured over a time span and will typically drift more as the length of time between points increases. If you make haste when measuring perimeters and areas, I'd guess you will be very close. If in doubt, measure again and average. On the other hand, if you mark one point, spend a couple hours playing "Switch" and dawdle going about your tasks, accuracy will be less than optimal.
