Aaron SEIA - 2/18/2019 07:02 Aldi is our 90% grocery store followed by Wal Mart and if we absolutely have to, Hy Vee. Hy Vee has become unshoppable. Rearrange the store, jack the prices, drop the items we liked. They seem more interested in data collection with their "Fuel Saver" than selling me groceries. Why would I spend 10% more on $100 of groceries to save $2 on a tank of gas. AaronSEIA

We went to the Hy-Vee in Davenport on 53rd a couple of weeks ago.  It took forever to find some sausage that was supposed to be on sale.  The variety is enormous but scattered all over and not in a logical manner.

We have used their pharmacy with Good-RX coupons and gotten the least expensive medication.  They have good and bad points, one of the bad is the organization and the higher cost of most everything.

Aldi has good produce and a few other good items.  Walmart seems to forever be out of some things in the grocery part.  But when they do have them they are almost always less expensive.

We never worry about saving 2¢ on a gallon of gasoline.  We waste that much running between stores.
