MO | Get a weight equalizer hitch to smooth the ride out and roll on. You'll want a hitch like that even with a 3/4 ton. Your truck has more tow rating than any 90's or early 2000's 3/4 ton and way bigger brakes. The tow/haul function with that transmission is a lot better than older trucks too. I pull a 11,000 pound head around all the time.
