Southern MB | Anyone ever use sattelite ndvi images from www.satshot.com to determine potential different zones in their field and then soil sample based on that to eventually come up with prescription maps for variable rate fertilizer? Talked to some of the guys from www.farmersedge.ca and it sounds like thats what they are doing for the most part. Seems like a not bad place to start off getting into VRA however I am not sure if its the best way or a way someone should go at all. Anyone have any thoughts on the subject? Thanks. | |
