| You don't have land interest deductions if you buy farms with cash. Not paying taxes do to land interest would make me nervous because that interest amount goes down every year and principal goes up. Now needed equipment written off in a good year paid for in cash is fine but but shiny upgrades for taxes only not a good idea. Guaranteed way to increase profits by 6%.... quit paying interest. | |
