Dover, De | One of our local beaches is being replenished, lots of 10 wheelers hauling sand in. The state has a few large four wheel drives with blades to clear snow, and fix erosion on the dunes, and the like. They were using a quad track to push the sand out, and looks like someone got a little to far out. This is a bay beach, with a muddy bottom, im not sure if they go stuck when the tide was out, and then really stuck them when it came in. Or went out into the tide. I have no idea who was driving, a state employee i assume, i would hate to see the bill.
