| Jon, the fact that they started loading out beans in Jan down in Brazil, have ramped up loading a month early, and are loading beans as fast as they can suggests that they have put US beans to back of the line. Not only that, but there is even the suspicion that the RWO is buying beans from Brazil as well. That suggests that we're simply not going to get all the left over bean sales some people have been anticipating.
Not only that, the genuine weakness in the Chinese economy as well as the swine flu will cut Chinese demand, there's just no question about it anymore..
The only question now is "how low with demand for US beans be"? | |
