Definitely want latched to run solenoid. Might want the second latch to turn innoculant on and off if you like to do that while filling. You will want momentary if running the motor speed up and down. Momentary to run a slide gate with a actuator.

I have 2 of the Lundell systems. They are very reliable. I wear control on a string around neck or 1 of them fancy name tag carriers from a meeting.

No need for relays unless you want to use a linear actuator on a slide gate or Lundell's dry innoculator system
