If you don't have any power at your fuse block, then it's pretty safe to say that nothing else works either? If that's not the case, then please narrow down for me which fuse is not getting power. I don't have access to diagrams right now, but will tomorrow when I get to the shop.

One of the bigger electrical gremlins on those tractors is the front/rear harness connectors behind the engine. I'd start by carefully inspecting and/or wiggling those. They like to come loose, as well as grow corrosion inside.
