Even though 24D can volitize, pretty sure the already available Low Volatile formulations were way less volatile than any formulation of dicamba to start with. Personally I have sprayed some fencerows along soybeans with a high volume gun with Crossbow (has 24D) in July/ August and had no problems. Maybe I was just lucky. Patrick
