North Idaho | They are supposed to e-mail you when you reach 80% of your 30 day rolling limit (I never received an e-mail). To see my usage I log on to their website and access my account and it shows what your running total is. Unfortunately I had not done that. My son home from college over Christmas was not aware of my limits and downloaded several movies to his ipod which caused the problem. I did not know we went over the limit until I called tech support to find out why my Internet was not working properly. So i have been"FAPed" (fair access policy) and it took 30 days of very limited internet access and no access from about 5 PM to midnight. My subscription allows for 17000 MB per 30 days rolling total. Jan 6th we jumped to 25000 MB (darn movie downloads). So until the 6th dropped of the rolling usage I was in the penalty box [:o(
All's well now {:o)
I am rather perturbed with wild blue for such a restrictive policy though, and given a choice I would switch.
