Agreed, numbers were revised. It costs a lot of money to deal with storing grain for an eventuality. Or if you took the hit and delivered already based on “fake news.” Haha
Many should feel blessed they got the same payment as those that normally fill that supply channel. Granted, they tend to be the ones saying “ what are you complain about?!” ;)
