10-4. He pretty much nailed it. For a weather guy, they are pretty good year in and year out. I haven't heard them dropping any clues as to this spring and summers weather yet. Currently they are expecting colder than normal through at least mid March with a very active pattern, meaning lots of snow here...ugh!
