| 100% agree. Neither party represents most Americans. They represent 10% on the far right and 10% on the far left. In my opinion term limits and fixing campaign finance would go a long way to solving this problem. But entrenched interests are too powerful overcome.
Can someone explain to me how having a congressman, senator (state or federal level), who is in office for 30-50 years, amassing power...how is that good for anyone on either side of the political spectrum? Its self serving. Keep churning the swamp. Cycle the politicians in and out. At least on their way out, they vote their conscience a little more. | |
