Dr. David Kohl article on marketing last month in one of the Ag pubs
….too many farmers are marketing looking for a 2012 type event that has happened maybe 3 times since 1920.....

then I'll add, once a event happens, the ramifications such as input cost, land cost etc exact a severe price for 1-2 decades after, as it brings in acres worldwide , last time 180 million new acres into production worldwide estimated, at very low cost per acre in comparison to USA costs where land rent, land price skyrocketed....and we wonder why according to WSJ farm bankruptcies are skyrocketing.
